Information we collect
We process account identifiers and profile information such as your display name and email address, along with the boards, tasks, comments, and workspace settings you create. We also use first-party measurement to understand how people discover and use Strikd. This may include pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers, landing page, referral source, campaign parameters, and product milestones such as account creation, board creation, trial start, and paid subscription. The measurement system is designed not to store names, email addresses, payment-card details, or full referrer URLs in conversion-event records.
How we use information
- Provide authentication, cloud sync, collaboration, notifications, and support.
- Protect accounts, investigate abuse, and maintain service reliability.
- Process subscriptions and communicate important service updates.
- Improve product usability and performance using aggregated usage signals.
Service providers
Strikd uses trusted providers including Firebase for authentication, application data, and first-party product measurement, and Stripe for payment processing. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on Strikd servers. Additional analytics services may be used when enabled and will be subject to their applicable privacy terms.
Your choices and rights
You may update account information in the app and request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information. Requests may require identity verification and will be handled according to applicable law.
Strikd uses browser local storage and session storage for first-party attribution, referral continuity, and product functionality. Browser privacy controls or clearing site data can reset these identifiers and limit measurement. Essential authentication storage may still be required to use signed-in features.
Security and retention
We use access controls, encrypted transport, managed infrastructure, and operational safeguards designed to protect service data. No system is completely secure. We retain information while your account is active and as needed for legitimate business, security, tax, and legal obligations.
