Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using Strikd, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Strikd for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, activity under your account, and protecting your sign-in credentials. Notify support promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Trials, subscriptions, and billing
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe and renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. You may cancel future renewal through the billing portal. Except where required by law, charges already incurred are non-refundable. Canceling does not automatically delete workspace data.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Strikd a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for having the rights to content you upload or share.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, distribute malware, violate others’ rights, or use the service for unlawful activity. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.
Service changes and availability
We may improve, change, or discontinue features. We work to keep Strikd available and reliable, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, or legal reasons.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strikd disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these provisions may not apply fully to you.
