Strikd Partner Program Terms

1. Approval

Participation is by approval. Applying does not create a partner relationship. Strikd may approve, decline, suspend, or terminate a partner account when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the program, or Strikd.

2. Program types and rates

Affiliate Partners earn 10% of eligible collected subscription revenue attributed to them. Independent Sales Partners earn 35% of eligible collected subscription revenue during an attributed customer’s first 12 months of paid service and 10% thereafter.

3. Eligible revenue

Commission is calculated only after Strikd successfully collects customer subscription revenue. Trials, failed payments, taxes, credits, complimentary service, refunded amounts, disputed or charged-back amounts, and other amounts Strikd does not retain are not commissionable. Add-on and Enterprise compensation may be handled separately when stated in writing.

4. Attribution

Standard referral links use a 90-day first-touch attribution window. Once Strikd validates and locks a partner attribution to a customer account, later referral links do not replace it. One partner may receive commission for a customer unless Strikd expressly approves another arrangement. Self-referrals are not eligible.

5. Enterprise and manually assisted sales

For Enterprise or other manually negotiated sales, the partner must include their partner code when introducing or registering the opportunity. Strikd may verify the introduction and sales activity before assigning the deal. Existing Strikd opportunities or accounts are not automatically eligible merely because a partner later contacts them.

6. Refund and dispute hold

Commission remains pending for at least 30 days after the customer payment so Strikd can honor its refund policy and detect early disputes. A refund, credit, chargeback, or payment dispute reduces or reverses the related commission. If a reversal occurs after a payout, Strikd may offset the amount against future commissions or require repayment where permitted by law.

7. Payout onboarding

Approved partners may be required to complete Stripe Connect onboarding before receiving payouts. Stripe may request identity, tax, and bank information directly. Do not send this information to Strikd by email. Earnings may continue to accrue while payout onboarding is incomplete.

8. Sales conduct

Partners must be accurate, professional, and lawful. Partners may not send unlawful spam, make false or unverifiable claims, promise features or service levels Strikd has not authorized, impersonate Strikd employees, bid on misleading brand terms, use deceptive redirects, or misrepresent pricing, security, refunds, commissions, or customer obligations.

9. Endorsement disclosure

Partners must clearly disclose their compensated relationship with Strikd whenever applicable law or platform rules require it. Affiliate links and public endorsements should be accompanied by a clear disclosure that the partner may earn commission.

10. Brand use

Strikd grants approved partners a limited, revocable right to use approved Strikd names, logos, screenshots, and sales materials solely to market Strikd. Partners may not register confusingly similar domains, social accounts, trademarks, or paid-search identities.

11. Independent relationship

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, partners operate their own independent businesses and control how and when they conduct lawful sales activity. These terms do not override worker-classification, tax, employment, or agency laws that may apply in a particular jurisdiction.

12. Taxes and expenses

Partners are responsible for their own business expenses and taxes except where law requires Strikd or a payment provider to withhold, report, or collect amounts.

13. Program changes and termination

Strikd may change future program terms, rates, eligibility rules, or program availability with reasonable notice. Unless termination results from fraud, abuse, or material violation, commission already earned on eligible collected revenue remains subject to the normal refund, dispute, and payout rules.
